Is this the same method the famous baseball player used in high school?
Yes. He learned it in high school under a coach trained directly by Takashi Harada. Baseball Clinic magazine (October 2021) reported that the chart he created in high school represents one facet of the Harada Method. This is not a fan-made interpretation — it is the official course, from the person who built the framework.

I have already seen the chart online. Why pay for this?
Because a photograph is not a method.
